If you search for this model, you may come across much lower prices. Almost without exception, these are products from the grey market or parallel imports, which carry serious risks:

• Foreign tax number, invoice without VAT – a product purchased from such companies is not eligible for a refund, and the invoice cannot be accepted in company bookkeeping either.
• Promise of "1 year manufacturer warranty" – this is the most common sign of an unreliable seller. In Hungary, by law, consumers are entitled to 2 years of warranty, and businesses to 1 year. Anyone offering less than this is not complying with Hungarian regulations.
• No service background – electric scooters almost always require servicing after 1-2 years. Finding parts for a grey market product is nearly impossible, and getting it repaired is even harder.
• No Hungarian customer service – if there is a problem, you have to write to a foreign email address, in a foreign language, and returning the package is your own cost.

With us, the price includes 27% VAT, our tax number is Hungarian, the invoice is valid, the warranty is real – and if servicing is needed, we can help.

Signs of a reliable seller: a Hungarian tax number on the invoice, 2 years of warranty for consumers, a VAT invoice, and Hungarian customer service available by phone or email. If any of these are missing, it's worth moving on.
