Warranty Information
Warranty claims are handled exclusively via email, in writing.
Return Information
You can return the product to us using any courier service, by post, or in person.
Please include a note inside the package with your order ID, the name provided during the order, and a bank account number for the refund.
Refunds will be processed after the package is received, provided the product is in perfect, resalable condition. (We cannot refund products damaged or altered during assembly.)
We are unable to accept packages sent via COD (cash on delivery) or to parcel lockers.
