Kukirin G2 Pro electric scooter – 600W, 55 km range, 45 km/h, 9", IP54, speed limiting option, with Hungarian warranty

The Kukirin G2 Pro is the slimmer, lighter version of the G2 series: 600W motor, 48V 15Ah battery and a 55 km range, all in a mere 24 kg weight, with 9" wheels. The LCD display, disc brake and IP54 water resistance provide solid equipment. Its special feature is the cable-based speed limiting option, which allows the maximum speed to be set to 25 km/h – useful if the scooter is also used on bike paths.

The G2 Pro is one of the most popular entry-level Kukirin models – and because of this, you'll also come across plenty of grey-market offers for it. The difference really becomes noticeable after purchase:

• Foreign tax number, invoice without VAT – not accepted by the Hungarian tax authority. It also creates an obstacle in consumer protection proceedings if the invoice does not contain a Hungarian tax number.
• "1-year warranty" – the most common warning sign. In Hungary, consumers are legally entitled to a 2-year warranty. Anyone offering less than that is not complying with the law.
• Servicing the 9" wheels – a rarer size for which spare parts practically don't exist from grey-market sources. With electric scooters, the need for servicing almost always arises after 1-2 years of use – this must be planned for.
• No genuine Hungarian availability – if a problem arises, it has to be sorted out via foreign email, in a foreign language.

With us, the price includes 27% VAT, the invoice is valid, the warranty is a genuine 2 years – and if the G2 Pro ever needs servicing, we can help.

A Hungarian tax number on the invoice, 2-year warranty for consumers, VAT invoice, genuine Hungarian availability. If any of these is missing, it's worth looking elsewhere.
